i have enabled comments, but this section doesn't show up:

If you look at the page you will notice that there is a message Comments are closed on it. This means that either the image or the album has allow comments not checked.

actually,...comments wasn't allowed at first place indeed. then i allowed and they didn't show up. just text: comments are closed. so, if to not allow at the beggining, they don't show up later either?

The message you are receiving occurs IF AND ONLY IF the album has got its Allow comments box unchecked or the image has its Allow comments box unchecked.
