The tumbnails and medium images are cached, but the full image+watermark isn't. Therefore each time someone opens the full image the server has to create a new image with the watermark. Do I understand this right? Doesn't is cause a high server load?

maybe an idea for a future option? i would like to use the full image + watermark option, but with ~30k views a day i don't think my hoster would like it.

a option to cache the full image + watermark would be great!

thanks sbillard,

but one little problem:

i'm using the latest nightly build [2356] now, i have the option "cache the full image" enabled. when i click on a medium image now, the full image doesn't get displayed in the browser but i get a download pop up.

/edit

in Internet Explorer it works fine, only in Firefox i get the problem i just described

Firefox seems particular about image name endings. Fixed in [22357]
