i'll try to explain my problem.
When i up a folder in ftp, in my zenphoto index i see the folder's name but i donn't see the thumbnail ( http://i39.tinypic.com/25z2yki.png )
Then, if i try to navigigate in this folder, i don't see the images' thumbnails ( http://i39.tinypic.com/2hdb5hu.png )
Then, if i click on the link, if the image have a big size, i see this http://i41.tinypic.com/zt67ls.png
but if the image have got a small size, i can see this

I red some topic in this forum about .htaccess and php limits, i added
php_value memory_limit 150M
php_value post_max_size 150M
in .htaccess, i set 777 the folder, but nothing

can you help me?

Unfortunately, the memory_limit directive is just "advisory". That is your server may choose to allocate a smaller amount of memory. There is a discourse on why images may not show in the troubleshooting guide on the zenphoto web site. Please review it.
