When I click full size, a blank page loads and shows the link in text form of the image AS an image itself. It doesn't actually show the full sized image.

Using a fresh install of 1.2.4.

Ok, for this one you will need the nightly build.

Ok. I did this. There's problems with the frontpage now... Tiny Header/footer/text, jumbled text etc at the footer. See http://www.joshuanyhus.com/

Didn't touch any settings. Fresh/Out of the box install.

I get an IO error on trying to upload multiple files. Tried 4 images, all between 170-300kb each. Single upload works fine. Missing fields in the admin section here and there.

It solved my above mentioned problem however... heh

Maybe there were some errors uploading the zenphoto files as well. Possibly the CSS. Nothing in the HTML of the page looks wrong.

Ok, so I will try uploading the CSS files again.

I un-ziped the files again, uploaded the css only and no change... I can make the css files accessible if someone needs to compare them. Otherwise I don't know whats wrong.

Are they the standard ones from the Zenphoto release? If you have made any changes to the theme you should try using the original version.

No, I didn't make any changes. It's a clean install.

Do you get problems with any of the other themes? We really do not know what could be causing this.

Not at all, all the others appear to work just fine.

Should I try uploading the Stopdesign theme from the 1.2.5 release?

I think we actually assumed that you are trying Zenphoto 1.2.5 instead of 1.2.4 now. So please yes try 1.2.5 with the included themes. (Although I think nothing has been changed on the css there to make any difference.)

Yes I AM using the 1.2.5, the nightly build. I'm talking about the theme from the release package on the homepage, not the nightly build.

"Ok. I did this. There's problems with the frontpage now... Tiny Header/footer/text, jumbled text etc at the footer. See http://www.joshuanyhus.com/

Meaning I installed the nightly build (as sbillard suggested to do) and I have those issues now.

I do not understand. If you are running the 1.2.5 release how can you not be running the stopdesign theme from it? That is part of the release. But, by all means, Use the full standard 1.2.5 release at this point. Although I doubt that will make any difference.

  1. Posted about issues using 1.2.4.
  2. Was told to try 1.2.5 release candidate.
  3. 1.2.5 RC wouldn't install.
  4. Was told to try the nightly build.
  5. Installed it, it fixed my problem with 1.2.4 but left me with my problem on the front page I'm having now.
  6. Was told it might be a corrupt CSS file.
  7. Re-downloaded the nightly build, uploaded the CSS files. Didn't fix my problem. I checked my FTP log files, no errors, downloaded the css from my server, compared them, all was fine. Then I remembered that the stopdesign theme worked fine in 1.2.4.

So now I'm asking, would it be a good idea to try uploading the themes from 1.2.4 into the 1.2.5 nightly build?

Well, you can try but it should not make any difference. The problem with your problem is that we neither can reproduce it nor ever encounter anything similar.
