after ZenPhoto migration from 1.3.0 to 1.3.1.2, I have this error message on all my RSS Feeds :

From what I understadn probably the permissions on the cache_html folder are not right.

I do not understand what happened.
after a while, RSS feeds have functioned normally.
This is not a problem of permissions on the cache_html folder.

Is this a problem early in the operation of the site, when the RSS feed have not yet worked, before the first initialization rss ?
(sorry, I know nothing about rss operations)
