There is a "ticket" for each translation on Trac. You could post a comment to the appropriate one. Hopefully it is an active translation (you did not mention which one) in which case I am sure the translators will welcome your input.

If it is not an active translation then maybe you would decide to take it up. If so, there is a translation tutorial on the WEB site and a translations Google group (see to the right)

It's for the french translation.
I've seen the ticket for the translation and upload a new file.
I correct few typos and mistakes. I hope it helps.

If it helps our regular translation will be able to tell..;-) You can always team up with him if you both want. You could join our translation google group if you want to help with this in the future.
