I have a naive question to ask. I used to be able to insert images when editing articles with a tiny editor (tinymce?) in zenphoto 1.3.0. However, I've tried the newest update of 1.4.0.2 and that tiny editor is all gone. I can't seem to find the right plugin or options to restore the function. I've checked the tinymce plugin and still can't have the image insertion function. I was wondering if there is anything I did wrong. I did a clean install of zenphoto 1.4.0.2 with the theme zpArdoise. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot!
I'm not using IE, I'm using Chrome?
Where can i rectify this?
Magic Thankyou
Kind Regards
Barry
the probem is on FF too.
the nightbuid fixes the problem on all browsers ?
I've upgraded to 1.4.0.3, latest Firefox with javascript and cookies enabled and cache deleted. The problem still exist which means that tiny mce can't be used at Mac. I tried to upgrade the plugin too but that didn't work. The latest build uses the latest tiny mce anyway. Any suggestions?
It turns out the problem appears when you use a different translation for zenphoto than what is present in \zp-extensions\tiny_mce\themes\advanced\langs. I use a norwegian translation so I just copied en.js and en_dlt.js and renamed them to nb.js. I guess Internet Explorer ignores that there's a missing file while the other browsers don't. Problem solved in a way.
Ok, good, that makes sense. We don't have any current Norwegian Zenphoto translation for the backend, so we chose not to include the Norwegian language files for TinyMCE as well (They add a lot of extra mb otherwise). But these can be downloaded from the TinyMCE website.
Probably we need Tinymce to use English if any requested language is not existing. Please open a ticket about this so it does not get forgotten.
