Uploaded new zenphoto to this directory, and get this error.

Don't know why?

The setup files are deleted after installation for security reasons. Reupload them (you would have found that by a quick forum search btw)

Not correct, setup did not finish. Files are still on the server...
confirmd with file zilla.

Make sure you really installed in the root of that domain and not a subfolder as there is another site already if I follow that link above. If you want to keep that you have to install in a subfolder.

Somehow it start working again...now i got this ...

Testing Zenphoto files.

Setup did not create a robots.txt file because one already exists.

albums folder
cache folder
locale folders
uploaded folder
zp-data folder
HTML cache folder (cache_html)
Third party plugins folder (plugins)
You need to address the problems indicated above then run setup.php again.

i dont understand

i created subdomain ....for zenphoto

and installed into subdomain...

zenhpoto should not have problems with that

The link you posted is not a subdomain... If it is you don't need the www which is also a subdomain.

You can only use one domain (redirect others using htaccess as recommended for SEO).

i just created subdomain...it needs 24 hours before it starts working on

Well, then the files are missing or something else is wrong like permissions for example.

This post is resolved. Got it working...

To help others it maybe would be useful to post what the actual problem was and how you actually solved it.
